- I. Payment upfront. I'll not start until payment is done. Must be in euros (€)
- II. All payments are through paypal invoices. I'll need your email to send your invoice. Please pay the invoice as soon as possible, and send me a screenshot after payment.
- III. If payments are not received in 48 hours, I will notify you that you have lost the slot and it will go to another person.
- IV. In case you need to cancel on the commission and nothing has been started yet, I will give you a complete refund.
- V. I'll not give a refund after the commission is started.
- VI. From now on, all commissions above 400€ will need some personal information for taxes purposes. Everything I need will be: Full name, address, and a personal identification number (Your Driver's license number is ok). Your data will only be viewed by my accountant, don't worry.
- I· I open commissions every month, but there is a waitlist. I'll work following the order of the waitlist. Ex. If you ordered your commission months before other client, your commission will be done before theirs.
The invoice will be sent when your time in the waitlist comes. You can check your slot on my trello link.- II· I don't normally do deadlines for art. If I were to take on a deadline there would be an extra fee for pushing the art up above my queue. The fees for rushing it will be discussed with the client.- III· I'll send you a wip of your comission, changes will be only available on the sketch phase. After that, any change would be an extra fee. - IV· Commissions you order from me are for personal use only and can NOT be used in any shape or form for commercial reasons.- V· Contact me for commercial commissions! ([email protected])- VI· If payments are not received in 48 hours, I will notify you that you have lost the slot and it will go to another person.- VII· If I have not received any communication from the commissioner with in 2 months after sending the colored sketch revision for feedback, then the commission will be bumped to the bottom of my queue and stay there until communication is established again.- VIII· If communication does not pick up after a year worth of time from the initial order date of the commission, the commission slot is forfeited, erased from my list, and no refunds will ever be given.- IX· To have a healthier relationship with my work, I'll be taking rests to enjoy my personal art as well. I won't allow any type of pressure if there is no deadline established.- X· I have the right to publish on my social media accounts, discord server and telegram channel, every piece (as well as WIPs) I made as portfolio material. If you prefer that your piece remains private, please tell me when you ask for your commission.
